I do completely moronic things like that as well, although thankfully none of my burns have been this bad so far (the worst was when I somehow poured boiling water over my hand and had to sleep next to a bucket of cold water the whole night with my hand in it... very clever, I know).<br /><br />The pastry looks fantastic by the way. Definitely have to check this out if I&#39;m ever in Toronto again.
