And the bag I am absolutely dreaming of getting oh-so-soon as a gift to myself for carrying baby Cairo for 9 months? Balenciaga's Part-Time or Giant City handbag! Ahem, there is - although subtle - a difference between the two, and I can't seem to decide which one I like best.

I prefer the Balenciaga part-time. You're right, at first glance I didn't see the difference, but upon closer inspection I find the other bag too chunky for my taste.

I prefer the City, but only with the regular hardware... I find the giant one a little too heavy. Although both are great, it just depends if you want a longer size like the part time. But if you want raisin you should get it now, because the SS10 colors have already started trickling out and those colors are very bright...

I love the part-time...I mean, love every single thing Balenciaga makes, but I like the classic hardware on the part time. The color....GORGEOUS.
I would go with the part-time because of it's classic look...
The Haute-Shopper is right, you may have a hard time finding colour raisin now - the new colour is like an electric purplish-blue (don't know what colour it's called). Like we've planned, we'll drive to New York for Balenciaga in August!! If you can resist, pls don't buy it from Holt, because they buy their stuff wholesale (they do not guarantee their bags)
